Many begin the novena on June 4 to finish on his feast day, June 13. It is also fitting to pray this novena during times of spiritual dryness or when asking for help in restoring relationships and finding peace.

Day 1

O holy St. Anthony, you are known for your great love of God and charity toward the poor and suffering. I ask for your powerful intercession today, especially for (state your intention). Help me to grow in love for Christ as you did. Amen.

Day 2

St. Anthony, you dedicated your life to preaching the Gospel with courage and clarity. Teach me to share my faith joyfully and without fear. Pray for my needs and help me to trust in God’s providence. Amen.

Day 3

O glorious wonder-worker, you cared for the poor and defended the truth. Obtain for me the grace to serve others selflessly and to stand firm in faith. I place my petitions before you. Amen.

Day 4

Gentle St. Anthony, friend of the suffering, bring my needs before the throne of God. Help me to carry my burdens with hope and patience. Amen.

Day 5

St. Anthony, you were a defender of the innocent and a guide for the lost. Lead me closer to Christ and help me to find what I have lost — whether possessions, peace, or faith. Amen.

Day 6

Faithful servant of God, you preached with power because you lived in holiness. Help me to live in such a way that my life reflects the Gospel I profess. Amen.

Beloved St. Anthony, your prayers have brought countless blessings to those who seek your help. Pray for me now and present my petitions to God with your loving care. Amen.
