About This Prayer
The Prayer for a Brother is an act of intercession rooted in love, family, and trust in God’s providence. It acknowledges that while we cannot control another person’s journey, we can entrust them fully to the Lord. This prayer invites God’s protection, guidance, and peace into a brother’s life, while also shaping the one who prays to love more deeply and faithfully.
The Prayer
Heavenly Father,
I place my brother into Your loving care. You know his heart, his struggles, his strengths, and the path that lies before him. Watch over him in all that he does, protect him from harm, and guide his steps according to Your will.
Give him wisdom in his decisions, courage in his challenges, and peace in moments of uncertainty. If he is carrying burdens unseen, lighten them with Your grace. Help me to love him with patience, understanding, and prayer, trusting that You are always at work in his life.
Amen.
