About This Prayer

Marriage is a sacred covenant through which husband and wife journey toward holiness together. Inspired by Christ’s first public miracle at the Wedding at Cana, this prayer asks Him to remain at the center of your marriage, bringing healing, unity, forgiveness, and lasting love through every season of life.

The Prayer

Dear God, Thank You for the gift of our marriage and for joining us together in Your love. We invite Jesus into our marriage today, just as He was welcomed to the Wedding at Cana. Lord, when our love is tested, renew our hearts with Your grace. Where there is hurt, bring healing. Where there is misunderstanding, grant patience. Where there is resentment, teach us to forgive. May Your love transform our marriage just as You transformed water into wine. Through the prayers of the Blessed Virgin Mary, help us always to trust in You and to place our needs before Your Son. Strengthen our commitment to one another, fill our home with peace and joy, and help us grow together in holiness each day. May our marriage always reflect Your faithful love and become a witness of Christ to our family and all whom we meet. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
